Project management and customer service are what set us apart from others. Lorie, Wayne and I will work as a team to ensure each step of your project has a smooth transition to the next. We will assist you with material selections and supply and our contractors will install almost every item that will be used in your project, except for decorative lighting, appliances and windows & doors .

Because we are family, unlike many other high-end kitchen remodeling companies we are not commission paid salespeople and you won’t ever hear that only your salesperson can speak to you or be able to address your concerns. Wayne or I will be onsite for all major steps, for example: project start, electrical review with our electrician, inspection, cabinet delivery, countertop template and installation and final review.

We have worked for almost 20 years to create a supplier list that ensures that you will receive the best customer service and highest quality products in Connecticut. Our clients whose homes we are currently working in are without question our priority. For this reason, we have created our estimation process that allows our small team to focus on clients and not become overwhelmed by visiting homes before budgets are discussed. This process allows us to provide the best and most personal client

Because we visit our jobsites so frequently and we are a small family business we have limitations on how far from our showroom in Southbury we can work. Generally, we offer our services in Southbury and our neighboring towns (Newtown, Roxbury, Oxford, Woodbury and Middlebury) with some exceptions.

If you’re wondering if we work in your town, please don’t hesitate to call and ask. We know our advertising covers a broad area and that is because we can only choose zones our marketing partners offer, and not specific towns.
